Our goal at J Squared Services is to take make it as easy as possible to have flawless power and climate control at your event.  We specialize in temporary electrical systems and climate control specifically for the event industry.  We have been very successful at this by taking many factors into consideration.  We want to know as much as possible about your event.  We want to know the overall picture, so that we can design a system that will compliment your event by being as invisible as possible, as quiet as possible, and ensure your event stays powered and temperature controlled. 

We realize that all events are unique, and will all have their own set of challenges and expectations.  This is why we do not have a “price list”.  We are a service company, not a rental company in the traditional sense.  We realize that there is a significantly different expectation for a high profile wedding than there is for a downtown festival.  We want to get an understanding of what your expectations are and how you want your event to look.  We will then give you an estimate for your event and the level of service to match your needs.

When we begin an estimate, we will ask several questions.  It may seem as though they are unnecessary, but it will pay off on your event day by giving us the knowledge we need about your event to let us make you look good.  We work hard to talk in plain terms.  Our best information comes from simply knowing what it is that you want to power and who will be providing it.  We are familiar with most types of equipment that are encountered in an event as well as special requirements for different vendors.  If we need more technical information, we are happy to call the vendor directly to allow you to focus on the event and insure that we get exactly the information we need.  We are also always willing to do site surveys at no charge.  This is always recommended if there are any doubts about accessibility, noise, or any other concerns.
